Warranty Policy
Hero Cycles warrants its products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the warranty periods specified below, effective from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies only to defects arising from faulty material under normal usage conditions.

Note: Warranty coverage is limited to eligible parts only. Any applicable labour, service, inspection, fitting, or installation charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty support:
- Contact Hero Cycles Customer Support.
- Keep your original proof of purchase available.
- Share product details, photographs, and any additional information requested for assessment.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Hero Cycles.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects arising from faulty materials or manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of parts and components
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Installation of incompatible accessories or components
- Damage caused by improper assembly or servicing by unauthorized personnel
- Decorative plastic, PVC, glass, rubber parts, or cosmetic damage
- Corrosion, rust, or damage resulting from environmental conditions or improper storage
- Fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or weather conditions
- Products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers or identification markings
- Transportation, handling, or labor charges associated with replacement or repair
- Commercial use, rental use, stunt riding, racing, jumping, acrobatics, BMX-style riding, or any use beyond normal cycling conditions
Important Conditions
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Original proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.
- Only Hero Cycles or its authorized representatives may carry out warranty repairs or replacements.
- Hero Cycles reserves the right to inspect products before approving any warranty claim.
- The company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component.
